Jasmine is responsible for the oversight of each loan. She contacts clients and realtors each week, to update them on their loan status. Jasmine coordinates each closing with the client, the title company, and the lender to make certain loans close on time with no surprises. Before documents are signed at the escrow company, Jasmine reviews the Note and Settlement Costs with each client.
